Milton
Tire Inflator Platform Development & Production Program
Milton selected Garrett Technologies, Inc. to engineer a next-generation digital tire inflator system—building on legacy Snap-On platforms with new features, improved ergonomics, and updated electronics. The multi-phase program involved alpha and beta system design, industrial design integration, firmware upgrades, and environmental testing to prepare for full-scale production.
Garrett Technologies, Inc. provided cross-disciplinary development and verification support from prototype modeling through tooling, system testing, and ramp-to-production planning, enabling Milton to deliver a modern, robust tire inflator platform—bridging proven mechanical architectures with modern usability, manufacturability, and performance expectations
