Ben Rush/DPM

Ben Rush has over 20 years’ experience leading the design and development of medical devices and combination products across regulated industries. He provides engineering and organizational leadership, building high-performing technical teams with strong innovation, analytical rigor, and process discipline. He has extensive experience guiding complex programs across the full product life cycle, from concept development through regulatory approval and manufacturing transfer. His technical background includes microfluidic diagnostic systems, surgical instruments, electro-mechanical infusion and on-body delivery devices, inhalers, and insulin delivery technologies. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University.
